It is 5:30 pm and 51 below. It’s a busy day. People have things to do. Life goes on.

This is our neighbor’s house. Bruce gave us two geese and some salmon last month, a very fine gift. Bruce is not a native but he embraced the life long, long ago. We like his cheery bright lights. I’ll post some pictures of our cabin soon, and hopefully some more street photography.

      1. I’d come up there. We had a mere dusting of snow down here in southern Indiana yesterday. I was born and raised in the Mid-South and didn’t see much snow. I met and married a Yankee and moved north where we used to see several inches of snow multiple times a year. Lately, though, it’s been getting warmer and we’re seeing less snow. All my friends around here give me grief because I like the snow so much. You guys always have plenty of it. Maybe too much. Not sure I would appreciate the 51 below, though. LOL Anyway, the beautiful snow helps boost the Christmas Spirit that has been dampened down here by the unseasonal warmth.

  1. David & Lindsey, A beautiful way to “shiver” this sunshiny, 56 degree weather here in East Texas. Love submissions, we’re seeing what few, if any of us will be able see ny other way. Merry Christmas!
